A failing stone retaining wall left this hillside collapsing toward the property below. We removed the old wall, excavated and cut back the slope, then rebuilt it in hand-laid natural stone standing roughly ten feet at its tallest — with drainage built in behind the face so water moves through the wall instead of pushing against it.
